South Africa's only Women's Mile swim, in its 6th year. Swimmers complete a 1 Mile / 1609m looped course of Simon's Bay, starting and finishing at the Simon's Town Waterfront. Categories for Under 18 (Princesses), Open (Queens) and Over 65 (Royal Matriarchs).
