About this race
The RED2HEAD Swim is a long-distance open water swim of 5km, 7.5km, or 10km in the spectacular Knysna Estuary. Starting at the iconic Red Bridge and finishing at SANParks on Thesen Island, the swim is carefully timed to harness the outgoing tide. Entry includes a shuttle to the start, finisher medal, beer, and access to nutrition on support boats.
