About this race

Jozi's most-loved triathlon is back and this year, it doubles as the CGT Championships. From individuals to teams, plus a school challenge, there are three distances to choose from: Super Sprint (200m swim, 10km bike, 2km run); Sprint (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run); and Standard (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run).
