About this race
A 5km adventure ocean swim from Cosy Bay to Camps Bay along the Atlantic shoreline, with views of Table Mountain's Twelve Apostles and Lion's Head. Intermediate to advanced swim through kelp forests past the famous beaches of Bakoven.
